This time last year, the whole world was swept up in a cyclone of Wicked-mania, and with the release of the new sequel Wicked For Good, it seems it’s happening all over again.

Since the musical follow-up hit cinemas just over a week ago, it’s already become the highest-grossing Broadway adaptation of all time, while songs from its accompanying soundtrack like Cynthia Erivo’s No Good Deed and the finale duet For Good are also defying gravity as they make their up the streaming charts.

And while Jon M Chu’s movie version of Wicked was only ever intended to be a two-parter, naturally the continued success of the film has already sparked discussions about whether there could be another trip to Oz on the cards in the future.
