Tree removal of an uprooted tree that went over the fence on Harvard near East 15th on May 17 in the Heights.

Q: Our neighbor has a live oak tree in her front yard and it was damaged by the recent storm. Part of it fell into both of our yards, and our son cleaned that up for us. But that tree still has a large dead limb that will probably fall in our driveway eventually. She also has a dying pine tree in her backyard that leans over the side of our house. We asked her to fix these problems, but she won't do anything. Since she is aware of the condition of both trees and the possibility of injury to us or damage to our property, how can we force her to take these down before something bad happens?
