To the person who stole a large box of supplements I ordered from Amazon two days into the new year, I have one wish.

I hope the collagen, creatine and plant protein give you explosive diarrhea.

Turning the other cheek isn’t in my spirit right now. You’ve messed with my self-care.

You probably thought you were getting an iPad or a cool tech toy. Instead, you hopped a fence and hijacked my self-care starter kit for 2025. I spent many hours identifying the right supplements that might help me feel better mentally and physically and was looking forward to starting the new year focused on my health and wellness for a change. It also cost me nearly $250.
