Parents of Chauncy Glover respond to medical examiner's report on his death
ABC 13 anchor Chauncy Glover
Chauncy Glover has been in my thoughts this week, even before yesterday's news that his death in November had been ruled accidental.
The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner released a statement Wednesday saying that the former anchor with Houston's ABC 13 who joined Los Angeles' KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV in 2023 died from "acute intoxication by the combined effects of chloroethane and methamphetamine."
The news spread quickly with some outlets implying drug abuse, when a full medical examiner's report will not be released until March.
