Q: My hands and feet are always cold, even indoors. Should I worry?

A: Cold extremities can be due to poor circulation, anemia, thyroid imbalance, or low body weight. Keep warm, stay active, eat iron-rich food, and consult your doctor if it persists.

Q: I feel tired all the time though my tests are normal. What could be wrong?

A: Fatigue can stem from sleep issues, stress, vitamin D deficiency, excessive screen time or even dehydration. Maintain proper sleep, mindful use of smart phone, outdoor activity, balanced diet and hydration—get your vitamin levels checked.
