Ask Janice - 'My boyfriend is a cool guy but I worry about him'

My boyfriend is such a cool guy.

He’s clever, looks fit, wears the best of gear and always smells great too, but despite this, I do worry about him.

He lives on cans of energy drinks, vapes continually and has takeout food at least four nights a week.

I don’t know a lot about nutrition and diet, but surely this can’t be good for him.

Whilst I worry, he doesn’t seem to care.
