Sigma Healthcare—which counts Australian billionaire brothers Jack and Sam Gance and their business partner Mario Verrochi its biggest shareholders—is entering the U.K. market by partnering with London-based Greenlight Healthcare Ltd.

Under a preliminary agreement, Sigma Healthcare will license the Chemist Warehouse brand and provide inventory management and marketing support to Greenlight’s 22 stores across London. GreenLight will provide dispensary and professional services requirements and back office support.
