A guest piece in the opinion section recently of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette railed disingenuously against a percolating public initiative for a state constitutional amendment.

The proposal simply would require that private, parochial and home schools that accept voucher money from the state abide by the same standards, regulations and measurements as regular public schools.
