Family firm makes 'huge investment' in 200-strong fleet this year
Bartrums of Eye is adding 15 new trailers to its fleet - which are all dual-branded with Bartrums and Pallet-Track logos to celebrate the pallet network it helped found back in 2004.
It is also scaling up its electric heavy goods (eHGV) fleet and adding new charging bays.

The firm operates nearly 200 vehicles across the UK - from 3.5 tonnes to 44-tonne articulated lorries.
Its operations span pallet network distribution, general haulage and bulk transport.
It has been an early adopter of EVs and already operates a Volvo FH Electric on bulk tipping work. The vehicle is charged off-site at a customer’s premises.
