Town deli gears up for new chapter as art gallery prepares to close
The Bell Gallery in Earsham Street, Bungay, has been showcasing work from artists across the country for three years.
But now as the owner, Jackie Bell, is retiring at the end of November, the gallery is set to be transformed for a new purpose by a well-known business in the town.
Earsham Street Deli is set to take over the premises and open its third store, The Edit, directly opposite its flagship shop.
Michelle Steele, the owner of the deli, said: "It is very exciting and it feels like the right time for us."
