Norfolk police were called to Quebec Street at 7.35pm on Easter Sunday to reports that a man was being aggressive towards people in the street.

The man, who is aged in his 30s, went inside a flat where he was seen leaning out of a second-floor window and making threats while allegedly armed with a knife.
