Southern Hills, which operates near Mundesley on the north Norfolk coast, had become the focus of speculation in recent weeks that it could shut.

It follows the site, which is used by the NHS, becoming the focus of concern after staff warned it was cutting the number of beds it offers and several employees were told their jobs are at risk earlier this year.
