Nigel Marsh, who operates the My Mini Break campsite at Dam Hill Plantation in Edgefield, near Holt, has faced enforcement action by North Norfolk District Council over the structures since 2023.

He appealed to the Planning Inspectorate to fight having to remove the huts but officials ruled against him.

The council also ordered Mr Marsh must cease using the campsite altogether, which the inspector upheld.
