A retrospective planning application to change the use of 44 North Quay into a four-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation has been approved by Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

The plans, submitted by Mr Richard Nugent, involve four bedrooms being spread out over the first and second floor.

One of the bedrooms is a landlord’s bedroom with two bedrooms........
