Mrs K Baxter put forward plans in 2022 to develop on a one-acre site at Greenway Lane.

This would have seen the existing house in the garden knocked down and up to eight homes being built.

However, it has been confirmed that North Norfolk District Council has "disposed" of the plans.

A planning authority can dispose of a planning application when the period for determination and appeal has expired, with no decision made.
