Plans to build new 360-home estate on edge of town are slammed by locals
The ambitious proposals would see the estate being built on land at Dumpling Green.
The site was identified by Breckland Council as "a sustainable location for the future growth of Dereham".
A mixture of one-bed, two-bed, three-bed and four-bed homes could be included, with 25pc allocated for affordable housing.
Concerns have been raised by people in the town regarding the impact of the homes on the surrounding area.
