Families on housing estate face eviction days before law change
Section 21 notices previously allowed landlords to use "no fault" evictions by giving tenants at least two months notice.
They were abolished on May 1 - marking the biggest shake-up to the private rental sector in more than 30 years.
However, some residents at Kipton Wood in West Raynham received notices days before the law change.

Kirsty Catton, who has lived on the estate for more than 10 years, described feeling "genuinely quite shocked".
She added: "We've been given two months' notice to move out with our child. It's been really, really unsettling.
"I got back home from work on the Tuesday (April 28) when we found out. We had our baby here, we've had a lot of troubles, and having a home to come back to has made a huge difference.
