Rudderless Dutch yacht stranded near windfarm sparks rescue mission
The Dutch vessel got into difficulties near a windfarm off the Suffolk coast sparking a call for assistance from a lifeboat crew - with the mission eventually spanning around 10 hours.
The volunteer crew from the Lowestoft RNLI lifeboat was called out at 7.55pm on Friday, May 15 to go to the aid of the 11-metre Dutch yacht that was stranded north east of the Galloper windfarm - around 32 miles from Lowestoft.
