Plans to create 11 new lettable holiday rooms with an extension of the existing Southwold Pier Pavilion are set to be voted on this week.

It proposes extending the first floor of the existing Pier Pavilion on North Parade in Southwold and creating a new second floor, featuring 11 new lettable holiday rooms with en-suites and balconies - with 10 on the first floor and one on the second.
