The Nutella knifeman... bizarre incident sees police swamp village
But a jar of the chocolate and hazelnut spread triggered a large-scale police response that gripped a Norfolk village.
The officers were called to Station Road in Lingwood after locals reported a man with a knife wandering the streets.
The man was found eating Nutella with a butter knife outside Lingwood train station Three police cars and an ambulance were dispatched to the village, between Acle and Norwich.

Officers then flooded the area while an unmarked police car drove along several streets in search of the knifeman.........
