Keira Kolleng, 34, started working behind the bar at the Prince of Denmark in Sprowston Road last July but has dreamed of running a pub ever since she was 15.

Now in her fourth week of being a manager, she is striving to turn the pub into "people's first choice" in the NR3 area.
