Oskar Bialon died on May 10 when he fell off a phone mast known locally as "Newton Tower" on Black Dyke, Newton-In-The-Isle, near Wisbech.

He was there with two friends, planning how they would celebrate his milestone 21st birthday the next day.

Mr Bialon, from Leverington, climbed to the top of the tower and slipped from 150ft due to the wet conditions.
