Doreen Cochrane was born April 15, 1961, in Northern Ireland and lived at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Hudson Way, Norwich.

Samantha Goward, area coroner, heard how the 63-year-old was admitted to the N&N with "severe" hypoglycaemia, on December 7, after being found unresponsive in her home.
