Daniel Wenn was pronounced dead following an incident at the Norman Wenn Skip Hire depot on Sandy Lane Industrial Estate in Dereham on October 20 last year.  

Emergency services were called to the site at around 9am following reports of an industrial accident involving heavy machinery.  

Despite the efforts of emergency responders, the 35-year-old died at the scene.

Staff working at neighbouring businesses later described hearing “screaming, shouting and then everything went quiet” as the tragedy unfolded.

The incident prompted an investigation by Norfolk........
