Neglected dog recused from home of jailed paedophile on Norfolk coast
Jason Davis, 51, was sentenced to two years in February this year at Norwich Crown Court for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and other offences.
While he has been in prison, neighbours were concerned about his dog, an Alsatian called Rufus, who could be heard "crying and yelping" while he was left for days alone at a property in Hemsby.
It led to the RSPCA going in to rescue Rufus at Davis's home in the Marrams.

Davis was the person who fired an air rifle at youngsters and wounded two of them on the May bank holiday last year.
The boys were members of a youth rugby team which was staying in the village at Richardson's Hemsby Beach Holiday Park to take part in a tournament that weekend.
