Joanne Williams, 47, claims staff at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) “played down” a mass of cells found in one of Jacqueline Hall's ovaries, which turned out to be a cancerous tumour.

Miss Williams says she has spent more than a year battling for answers about the diagnosis from the hospital trust, after her mum’s death in February 2025.

She received a formal response from the hospital on May 8, but still has many unanswered........
