First look inside high-end city restaurant's expansion
George Wood, head chef of Brix and Bones, a high-end restaurant that is "consistently fully booked every Friday and Saturday night", has put in months of hard work creating the "ultimate dining experience" for city folk.
The restaurant, which is located inside Gonzo's Tea Room in London Street, now has a 50-seater capacity.
He said: "The first stage of expanding the dining area is complete, and bookings are open.
