Kay Midlane and Coral Bergman-Udell, the founders of EmpowHER Fitness, have bought the vacant unit next door to their popular gym in Whiffler Road.

The pair have seen a rapid growth in its members and are keen to continue expanding their community of more than 70 women.

Ms Midlane said: "The footfall at our gym has increased over the last year and we have been looking for a new space........
