Customers turned away from city's Pret A Manger due to 'technical difficulties'

Pret A Manger’s only store in Norwich temporarily closed its doors today (Friday, November 21) due to on-going problems.

This is not the first time the shop has closed.

In April this year the store shut early and stopped serving sandwiches
