Spencer Lyon, a content creator passionate about promoting sustainable shopping on social media, says Arminghall car boot blew him away with its free entry and value for money.

Mr Lyon, from Leicester, has more than 116,000 followers on his Instagram page Life at Gully, and has been to 40 car boots across the UK.

The 33-year-old said the event, held last month off Old Stoke Road, to the south of Norwich, will be "hard to beat".
