Norfolk Coroner’s Court was told James Piesse was found unresponsive at his flat in Canterbury Way, Thetford, on April 18 this year.

Emergency services had been called after a friend received a message from him saying “goodbye.”

Police arrived at his flat at 7.49pm and paramedics confirmed his death at 8.33pm.

A post-mortem examination recorded the cause of death as hanging.
