The orders - a Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Order and a Food Condemnation Order - are specifically for Shah Jalal's wholesale warehouse, and not its retail outlet, which remains open and compliant.

But any food stored in the warehouse cannot legally be sold until the orders are........
