Officials back plans for city's first gym with padel courts
Officers for Broadland District Council's environmental quality team have only added conditions over Bannatyne Health and Spa's hopes to have four padels court to its gym, with no further issues.
They recommended floodlighting for the courts be designed with full horizontal cut-off to minimise the impact light could have on neighbours.
