Jordan Abel, 34, is the new owner and manager at the White Swan on North Quay in Great Yarmouth.

The wet fish shop and restaurant was originally established by Paul Williams, a local fisherman and fishmonger, in 2019 in the former riverside pub of the same name.

Mr Abel, who is from Caister, said: “I’ve worked at Lowestoft fish market for 15 years and Paul was a customer of mine.
