Mr and Mrs Self have lodged a planning application with Great Yarmouth Borough Council to change the use of a field on land near Hall Road in Martham.

It is the second time the couple has sought permission to open a dog exercise park at the site.

Their previous bid was refused by planners over the proposal's "significant detrimental impact" on nearby homes due to noise from dogs "in such close proximity to nearby dwellings".
