Mr Brooke, who lives at West Bilney and farms at March in Cambridgeshire, is a member of the Hawkstone Farmers Choir - which wowed the judges with a "golden buzzer" winning audition on the primetime ITV show.

Now, while preparing for the next round of the competition, he has turned the tables by becoming a judge himself - in an awards scheme aiming to champion ambition, innovation and commitment among rural youngsters.

Mr Brooke has been announced as part of the panel that will help decide the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs’ YFC Achiever Awards.
