Expert photographers capture scale of record-breaking turbines

The sheer majesty of ScottishPower Renewables’ first wind turbine installation at East Anglia THREE was caught on camera in April – highlighting how important it is for developers to document the story and scale of these critical infrastructure developments.

The East Anglia THREE project, located off the coast of Suffolk, is a £4 billion offshore wind farm with a capacity of 1,400 MW that is expected to be fully operational later this year.

Its inaugural turbine has set a new offshore wind record: the first in the UK to feature 115-metre blades, each one longer than a football pitch.

But capturing the impressiveness of this feat could only be made possible by specialist media partners that understand the energy sector.
