Lee Philpott, from Gorleston, passed away last week after contracting pneumonia.

He had suffered from a rare disease called Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which causes skeletal and heart muscle weakness.

It is thought his condition left him unable to fight the pneumonia.

His parents and three siblings - Brittany, Curtis and Courtney - have been left distraught by his death, on the morning of October 2, and have released a statement.
