Land once earmarked for supermarket could become 15 homes
Seagate Homes has lodged its plans with West Suffolk Council for part of the former Mathews Garden Centre in Lakenheath.
The developer wants to erect a total of 15 semi-detached properties on the brownfield land off High Street.
Each property will have two bedrooms, with five of the homes allocated for affordable housing.
A planning statement read: "The proposal is relatively small in scale and provides on-site public open........
