Pax, a seven-year-old German Shepherd cross rottweiler, is currently at Dogs Trust, Snetterton in Norfolk.

He would be best suited to being the only dog in his new forever home.

A spokeswoman for the shelter said: "He is a handsome German shepherd cross Rottweiler. A big-hearted boy ready to find a patient, loving, forever home."

Pax does require some patience at his new home, and can be nervous and unsure when meeting new people for the first time.
