And the winner is… Savannah Smoke Grill, Stowmarket

Founded by Trinidad and Tobago native Tevin Clarke, Savannah Smoke Grill is serving up freshly prepared, charcoal-grilled barbecue dishes with a Caribbean influence.

The street food business has built a loyal following both here and further afield by bringing its authentic flavours to festivals, markets, pop-ups and charity events.

Ingredients are chosen with care and everything, from Savannah’s signature boneless jerk to flavour-packed specials, is cooked fresh on the grill.

The judges said “the food was awesome, sumptuous and well presented”, and called Tevin a “deserved winner” with a passion for bringing his food to customers and “lots of good ideas for the future”.
