How have you gone above and beyond for the region?

Award criteria
The judges will be looking for programmes that effectively raise awareness and promote sustainability through education, training or communication.
Innovation, engagement and measurable outcomes in knowledge or behaviour change will be key factors. Entries should have the potential for wider reach and scalability.

Can you tell us a bit about your career to date?
I have worked at the college in a variety of roles, starting in 2001, but skills and innovation is at the heart of my work. I am also the college STEM lead and CSR champion.
A key aspect on my work is supporting individuals and communities to explore how training can help recruitment and retention.
Why were you keen to get involved in the Clean & Green Awards?
