Extended Edwardian home in Belton for sale at offers over £500,000

Located in Station Road North, the house was originally built in 1905 for a local man who commissioned the build using money he had won at the races. Once called Silverdale, it was a well-known home in the village.

When the current owners purchased the property, it was in need of work, so they completed a series of renovations, including adding period features back in where they had previously been removed.

They also added an extension at the rear of the property to create an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens onto the garden.
