This year, the prestigious title of Norfolk Business of the Year, sponsored by Barclays Corporate Banking, went to Blakely Clothing from north Norfolk.

Blakely Clothing is a men’s and women’s fashion brand established in Melton Constable in 2012.

It creates clothing that lasts, designed for comfort and everyday wear in mind, with the ethos that everyone deserves to look and feel their best.

Lead by CEO and founder Gareth Newman, Blakely has grown from designing T-shirts in a bedroom and shipping them from a shed, to having multiple international warehouses, a global customer base, and being listed in The Times 100 fastest growing companies in the UK.

The Blakely team has also grown substantially over the past 13 years and now has over 100 employees, three global warehouse locations, country-specific websites and marketing channels.

The business aims to find and nurture individuals who bring new and specific skill sets to its operations, allowing Blakely to grow its sales........
