The Nexus Capital Fit-Out Grant Scheme is open to local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the clean/renewable energy, maritime, and ports and logistics sectors.

Start-up and pre-start-up businesses are also welcome to apply, provided they commit to registering with HMRC as part of the grant process.

The scheme, funded through the Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft Enterprise Zone Fund B, aims to stimulate economic growth by enabling SMEs to create high-quality, functional workspaces.
