About a week ago, the Trump administration announced the withdrawal of 700 Federal Agents from Minnesota. This came as Immigration Czar Tom Holman went there to announce the drawdown and willingness to work with state and local political leaders. These gestures were met by heightened efforts to impede immigration enforcement.

According to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, anti-ICE agitators claimed they would block over a thousand streets in Minneapolis, and elaborated “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is detailing cases in which anti-ICE agitators actively helped criminal illegal immigrants evade federal arrest, including suspects accused of child rape, domestic abuse and gang-related violence. The cases point to a growing pattern of organized interference with federal immigration enforcement during recent ICE operations. These are the monsters that agitators and sanctuary politicians are protecting, we remind the public that obstructing law enforcement is a felony and a federal crime." (Fox News, Feb. 5, 2024)

The Democratic Party is behind the fight against immigration enforcement and will not stop. First, Democrats recognize they have no future if immigration laws are upheld.
