The heated debate about Super Bowl LX will subside in a day or two and it had little to do with the game itself, though there are still some fans who haven’t revisited the NFL since it stooped to kneeling and trying to institute a “black” national anthem. (No, if “white” isn’t capitalized, why should “black” be distinguished? Americans are Americans.)

That Roger Goodell is still on the ethno-bandwagon of disparaging American culture, there’s ample reason to disrespect his organization. Going all out to offend average Americans by assaulting their senses with Bad Bunny’s obscenities, even if they were in Spanish, the revolt against Super Bowl domination of the half-time airwaves was no surprise. (This link of an English translation of just one of the songs performed at the Super Bowl Half-Time Show are unprintable. Read at your own risk.)

In metro Idaho, which blue city snobs don’t believe exists, the backlash had a home to enjoy a “Super Bowl Sunday” sans the Super Bowl. Old State Saloon sponsored a boycott of the international broadcast to show support for American culture. Unfortunately, too many public school........
