Keir Starmer faces huge rebellion over crunch DWP cuts vote today

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer may confront the most significant rebellion of his leadership later today as Parliament votes on the government's proposed reforms to the UK's welfare system.

The government insists that it must proceed with cuts and reforms to ensure the long-term sustainability of benefits such as the Personal Independence Payment (PIP), but critics argue this will push people into poverty, and insufficient research has been conducted to forecast the true impact.

Have your say! Should the welfare system be reformed if it will make it more sustainable in the future? What will happen to the government if it is defeated tonight?
