Call to shorten the length of school summer holidays
The school summer holidays have kicked off, with students across the UK enjoying six weeks of leisure and hopefully plenty of sunshine. However, there's a growing debate about whether the lengthy summer break is too long, considering factors such as educational achievement, childcare and holiday expenses for parents, and the amount of time children spend on screens like tablets and mobile phones.
