Economic uncertainty increasing financial stress among male employees: expert
Economic uncertainty, persistent inflation and the rising cost of living are driving increased levels of financial stress among male employees, according to Jeff Johnstone, senior wealth advisor at National Bank Financial Wealth Management.
He says a growing number of men are reaching out with concerns about market volatility, portfolio performance and broader economic risks. “We’ve noticed a higher volume of inbound inquiries from male clients compared to female clients, often driven by concerns around market volatility, portfolio performance and broader economic risks.”
